I would encourage everyone to go 15 minutes down the road to Four Winds in New Buffalo. End result was the casino accepts the responsibility to steal people's money when purchasing drinks, not alleviate an issue in which could have been resolved easily, and encourages lying (illegal to replace drinks). I tried to speak with the pit boss, and then the highest ranking position because that's who Josh (the beverage service manager on duty) stated I needed to discuss the situation with. I was not looking for free drinks, simply to make the ones we had right.
He kept saying it was illegal to give alcohol away. The server got the beverage manager who had no intention of making the situation right. One was full, one was thrown away, and one was half drank. After an hour I went to search for the server to discuss the issue. They took our money and didn't come back. I'm 100% sure there was no alcohol in the drinks. I typically understand receiving a smaller glass but not one in which the price is the same as the larger glass, yet having no alcohol. We had one server in particular that brought us drinks that were not only smaller than the ones we had been receiving but with no alcohol. Not sure what happened but we wouldn't see a server for 30-45 min while playing at the table. Visited this casino for New Years with a group of friends.
